Puerto Vallarta Surfing Home page

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco on the Pacific coast on the main land of Mexico is located in the middle of Banderas Bay, one of the largest bays in the world.  Scattered throughout this bay and all along the coast, north and south, outside of the bay are multiple surf gems that will come to life year round.  From summer to winter, soft mellow beginner to larger open face and even some hidden barrels, Puerto Vallarta surfing always has something to offer up.
Surfing in Mexico can be a tenuous activity for someone that doesn't know the area or speak the language.  Branching out and finding some of the different spots outside of Puerto Vallarta, in the more excluded locations can be a nerve racking and even dangerous adventure when you don't know Mexico and where you're going.
Puerto Vallarta surfing has been growing in popularity as well as multiple tour and guide companies that offer everything from beginner classes to trips to all of the secluded spots, some only accessible by boat.  With guides that have lived here and surfed these waves their whole lives, you're provided a level of comfort and safety that eases the mind and allows you to just enjoy the waves.
We'll keep you up to date with day to day forecasts, recent swell history, long term forecast, competitions and surf festivals.
